Sensitivity analysis

Measuring how much an outcome depends on each input.

Definition

Sensitivity analysis varies one assumption at a time to see how strongly it moves the result, identifying which inputs the outcome is genuinely exposed to.

Why it matters

It tells you where to spend your attention. If the plan survives a thirty percent revenue miss but breaks on a five percent cost increase, you now know what to watch.
