Terms of Service

The service

NanoFora provides software that analyzes financial data you supply and produces analysis, reports and projections. Access is provided on a subscription basis according to the plan you select.

Nature of the analysis

NanoFora produces AI-assisted analysis for informational purposes only. It does not constitute accounting, tax, legal, audit or investment advice, and it is not a substitute for a qualified professional.

We do not issue audit opinions, prepare statutory accounts or provide regulated financial advice. Decisions you take based on NanoFora output remain your responsibility.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity carried out under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised access.

Workspace owners are responsible for the roles they assign and the access those roles grant.

Your data

You retain ownership of all data you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide the service to you.

You confirm you have the right to upload the data you provide, including any personal data it contains.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use NanoFora to:

• Upload data you are not authorised to process.
• Attempt to access another customer's data or circumvent access controls.
• Reverse engineer, resell or provide the service to third parties outside your organisation without agreement.
• Use the service in a way that damages, disables or overburdens the platform.

Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is communicated in advance where practical. Enterprise agreements may include specific service levels.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NanoFora is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions taken in reliance on analysis produced by the service. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. On termination you may export your data before it is deleted in line with our retention policy.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in-product at least 30 days before taking effect.
