What a credit buys
Credits are charged for the work actually performed, so a one-page CSV never costs the same as a fifty-page scanned statement. Each receipt itemises the charge.

Pricing questions
- Is there a free plan?
- Yes. Every new workspace gets 20 credits free, with no card required. You can keep using the workspace on pay-as-you-go credit packs without ever taking a monthly plan.
- What is a credit?
- A credit is one unit of processing. A small CSV costs one or two credits; a long scanned PDF statement costs more because it needs more parsing and AI work. Every charge is itemised on your receipt so you can see exactly what consumed them.
- Do unused credits roll over?
- Monthly plan credits reset each billing period. Credits bought as top-up packs never expire, so a busy close month never wastes what you paid for.
- Can I change plan later?
- Yes. Plans can be upgraded or downgraded at any time and billing is prorated to the change date. Your remaining top-up credits stay with the workspace.
- Do you offer discounts?
- Annual billing carries a discount, and reduced pricing is available for registered non-profits and early-stage startups.
